Description:

A medium-sized real estate brokerage with a great reputation located in East-Central Mississauga (Cawthra & Burnhamthorpe) is looking for an Office Administrator/Deal Secretary full-time (10am-5pm) in a modern, professional office setting. The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, eager to learn and have a friendly approach towards customers, agents and business partners. We will provide on-the-job training and development opportunities. If you are looking for an interesting job in a high-paced real estate environment then this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with real estate agents regarding deal documents
  • Reviewing real estate agreements for completeness and accuracy
  • Finalizing property sales and providing payment to all parties
  • Invoicing co-operating brokerages for commission
  • Completing monthly bank account reconciliations
  • Managing company financials and preparing straightforward financial reports
  • On-boarding new agents and processing their monthly office payments
  • Communicating promptly with other professional offices
  • Ability to work independently in a while meeting deadlines
  • Uploading listings to the MLS
  • Changing listing status on MLS
  • Developing marketing and promotional materials for listings and agent recruiting
  • Following up with agents about outstanding documents
  • Preparing and sending commission invoices
  • Preparing payroll & Accounts payable
  • Managing emails
  • Corresponding with real estate agents, brokerages & lawyers
  • Taking care of office facilities, supplies and organization

Hours of Work:

  • Full Time with Some Flexibility, 10:00am to 5:00pm, 35 hours/week Monday to Friday

Skills:

  • Effectively manage your schedule to achieve amazing amounts of important work
