Job Qualifications:
We are seeking an Office Construction Administrator who is excellent on the phones and can handle multiple administrative roles. This role involves being the first point of contact for new customers and supporting our sales and field staff in their duties.

Please note, while we foster a positive work environment, working in construction requires a thick skin and the ability to deal with tradespersons and clients.
Also, this is a 40-44 hour/week job that is not typical Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. You may be asked to work evenings and weekends up to 10:00 pm EST and regularly on weekends to meet job requirements. If you have personal commitments requiring strict 9 am to 5 pm hours, this role may not suit you.

This position offers a salary of approximately $20,000 to $30,000 PHP per month in the first year, based on experience and performance.
