Location

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and develop office staff.
  • Oversee branch office support activities, including review, modification, development, and implementation of office procedures.
  • Support HR functions, including maintaining records for new hires, terminations, transfers, etc.
  • Refer HR-related inquiries to appropriate HR personnel or third-party administrators.
  • Act as liaison for workers’ compensation claims.
  • Assist with scheduling paid time off.
  • Maintain personnel, medical, and attendance records.
  • Assist with payroll issues, online applications, and disability logs as needed.
  • Support other departments as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication, and customer service skills.
  • Secretarial coursework or business degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Crown offers a competitive wage and benefits package, including :

  • Starting pay range : $28.00 - $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
