Job description

Office Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Office Administrator to join our team at KAG Canada in Yellowknife, NT. This is a key position for RTL Construction, and the successful candidate must reside locally. The position will oversee day-to-day administrative functions and support contract management.

Base pay range

CA$55,000.00/yr - CA$57,000.00/yr

About The Position
  • Ensuring required backup is included for Accounts Receivables and submitted to Corporate Head Office
  • Coordinate Accounts Payable invoices (accurate coding and authorization for payment)
  • Takes initiative to improve current processes for efficiencies and works with other departments
  • Takes the initiative to plan, schedule, and track specific tasks
  • Organize/prepare contracts for tracking and billing as required
  • Take the lead on payroll activity by entering and submitting payroll to Corporate Head Office
  • Liaison with Corporate Head Office on AP, AR, and payroll activity
  • Work directly with field personnel
  • Other duties as assigned; flexibility is key for success in this position
