We are actively seeking a vibrant and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. We are a local family-owned, family-focused chiropractic wellness centre that has practiced for 17+ years. We have two locations that are both within multi-business complexes, one is in Kingston’s west-end and the other one on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. If you are looking for a fun-loving, high-energy practice and thrive in a team setting, we want you to apply! This position is a full time maternity leave coverage for both clinic locations and then a part time permanent position in the Kingston location following maternity leave coverage. Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
  • Schedule appointments
  • Inputting of reports and paperwork
  • Take and track payments via debt, credit, cash, and e-transfers
  • Create and email receipts
  • Prepare and track patient care plans in software
  • Maintain filing system
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Attend and participate in weekly team meetings
  • Be available and take part at our quarterly Vision Days and yearly AGM
  • Attends and actively participate in personal and/or professional growth seminars on the occasional weekend
  • Attends and participates in “expos” the practice manifests every year. These usually occur on the weekends or in the evening and are booked months in advance
