Office Administrator

The Landmark Group, a high-end landscape design and construction firm in Thornbury, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly and support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and maintain a clean, professional office space
  2. Handle filing, document management, office/kitchen supply inventory, and event coordination
  3. Support bookkeeping: invoicing, credit card processing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll assistance
  4. Assist with sales admin, client communications, and meeting prep
  5. Provide HR support: job postings, onboarding, uniform tracking, training, and celebrations
  6. Contribute to social media, blog posts, and client testimonials

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Experience in office admin, bookkeeping, or HR support
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks; experience with LMN or BambooHR a plus
  4. Ability to work as a team and/or independently, with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
