3twenty Modular is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our growing team on a permanent basis. The hours of work for this position are open to discussion with the right candidate. This opportunity is based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you’ll do:

  • Administration of the accounts payable under the guidance of the Controller, including monitoring the general inbox for supplier communication, reviewing invoices, and processing approved invoices for payment.
  • Process payroll promptly and accurately, ensuring all deductions, vacations, benefits and taxes are correctly calculated.
  • Help create a welcoming environment for clients and staff by overseeing general tidiness, coordinating catering, and stocking the kitchen and bathrooms with consumables.
  • Support the entire team by handling office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Provide administrative support to various areas (Human Resources, Finance, and Operations) such as assisting with data entry, record-keeping and database management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who you’ll work with:

The Team: You will collaborate closely with our Controller, Marketing Lead and People Strategy Lead to support the business operations and employees.

What you’ll bring:

  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business or related field.
  • Two years or more of relevant experience is preferred; a combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with a strong propensity for technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
