Responsibilities and Tasks
  1. Implement and review new administrative procedures
  2. Delegate work to office support staff
  3. Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met
  4. Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  5. Administer policies related to record release in compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation
  6. Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budget controls
  7. Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  8. Train staff
  9. Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  10. Resolve conflict situations
  11. Monitor and evaluate administrative processes
  12. Oversee payroll administration
  13. Plan and control budgets and expenditures
