Kii health in Prince George, BC is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to support day-to-day office operations. You’ll work with clinicians, clients and our corporate office to ensure services are coordinated and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The role suits someone who is organized, dependable and comfortable working independently, while also being a strong team player. Prior experience in health admin is an asset, and payroll-related tasks may be included.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong planning, organization and time-management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administration, including filing, organizing, correspondence, answering phones and maintaining office supplies.
  • Monitor incoming referrals through web-based platforms and ensure referral information is complete and up to date.
  • Schedule appointments based on clinician availability, contract requirements and established timelines.
  • Communicate with referral sources, clients, clinicians, contractors and the corporate office as required.
  • Maintain accurate, organized and confidential client files and documentation.
  • Track referrals, appointments, service dates and other contract requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports through online portals within required timelines.
  • Review reports and documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
  • Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets and other materials as required.
  • Follow up on outstanding information, appointments, reports and other administrative requirements.
  • Prepare invoices and assist with payment tracking and reconciliation.
  • Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks and month-end activities.
  • Respond to general inquiries and ensure questions or concerns are directed to the appropriate person.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients and referral sources.
  • Maintain internal tracking documents and performance information.
  • Identify and resolve routine administrative issues and escalate matters when appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy when handling personal and healthcare information.
  • Provide administrative support and coverage to other offices or team members as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: CA$21.00 To CA$24.00 Hourly

About the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team in Prince George, BC.

The Office Administrator provides administrative support and assists with the day-to-day operations of the office. What You Bring
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook .
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and use web-based platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and work effectively with others.
  • Excellent planning, organization and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a strong team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive personal and healthcare information.
