Job description

Established in 2000, we are a family owned and operated plumbing business providing services in a variety of areas including new construction, remodeling, water heaters, furnaces, a/c & and various heating implements. We focus on providing knowledgeable solutions and exceptional customer service.

Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer Telephones, Take Messages and Reply to Daily Emails
  2. Accurately Enter Data into Accounting and Order Systems
  3. Process Payments
  4. A/P, A/R, Bookkeeping, Payroll
  5. Maintain a Clean & Organized Front Reception Area
  6. Other Administrative tasks, as required

Requirements:

  1. Proactive and Self-Motivated
  2. Knowledge of Accounting Practices
  3. Ability to Work Independently and with a Team
  4. Attention to Detail and Ability to Multi-Task
  5. Positive Attitude with Customer Service Skills
  6. Excellent Computer Competency
  7. Exceptional written and Verbal Communication

We Offer:

  1. $25-$27/hour based on experience
  2. Employer paid Comprehensive Benefits Package
  3. Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
