Responsibilities
General assistance and administrative support for the Medical Director and Clinic Manager.
Accounts payable, receivable and deposits
Ensure that every phone call is handled in a courteous and professional manner and that all visitors are appropriately attended to
Responsible for directing inquiries accordingly
Organize celebrations around the premise
Ensure that the premises is kept tidy and clean at all times. Ensure the maintenance of the facility is kept.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Ensure records are kept properly so that they can be easily retrieved for review when needed by relevant personnel
Provide support, mostly administrative to other members of staff according to the directives of the manager
Assist the Medical Director and Clinic Manager with personnel management including staff support and training, compliance with employment standard acts and relevant regulations.
Assist the Medical Director and Clinic Manager in day to day clinic management including staff supervision, accountability and clinic flow.
Provide coverage in phlebotomy is required. Must be certified.
