Responsibilities
  1. Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
  2. Motivate and train staff
  3. Establish policies and procedures

  5. Handle communication: telephone, electronic inquiries, and correspondence
  6. Compile data and prepare reports
  7. Advise senior management and respond to employee questions
  8. Order supplies and maintain inventory
  9. Liaise with management, union officials, and HR
  10. Organize staff procedures and oversee payroll
  11. Arrange travel and greet visitors
  12. Maintain filing systems and perform data entry
  13. Provide customer service and support marketing efforts
