Offerings Product Manager/ Chef de Produit Offres

The STI Offerings team offers an excellent opportunity to help us shape solutions that drive impact in the healthcare industry. As the Offerings Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of product development and delivering PSP product solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and resources, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. Your ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining a high level of detail and quality will be crucial to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Lifecycle Management
   1. Define and manage the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
   2. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch evaluation.
2. Release Management
   1. Plan and execute release cycles, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with market needs.
   2. Work closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless releases.
   3. Monitor and manage risks and dependencies throughout the release process.
   4. Release communication to users and stakeholders and management of the product user guides.
3. UI/UX Prototyping
   1. Develop and iterate on user-centric designs and prototypes using Figma.
   2. Collaborate with design teams to ensure the delivery of intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
   3. Gather user feedback and iterate on designs to enhance usability and functionality.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   1. Act as the liaison between stakeholders, including business, development, operations, and marketing teams.
   2. Translate business requirements into User requirements for the BA team.
   3. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful solutions.
3. Strong expertise in Release Management processes and tools.
4. Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for UI/UX prototyping and design collaboration.
5. Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
