Qualifications

• Valid BC Security Worker License (BST) required.
• Part-time availability with rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 15 lbs+.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to write clear, accurate incident reports.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor assigned sites.
• Ensure safety of people, property, and assets.
• Control site access and maintain visitor/vehicle logs.
• Conduct CCTV monitoring.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Provide first aid when required (OFA 3 level).
• Complete detailed incident and daily reports accurately and on time.
• Secure site equipment and support site-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor assigned sites
• Ensure safety of people, property, and assets
• Control site access and maintain visitor/vehicle logs
• Conduct CCTV monitoring
• Respond to incidents and emergencies
• Provide first aid when required (OFA 3 level)
• Complete detailed incident and daily reports accurately and on time
• Secure site equipment and support site‑specific needs

Requirements
