In a typical day, YOU will:
  • Analyze and maintain proper stock levels in the branch network by processing stock orders to suppliers
  • Process customer emergency orders daily to suppliers and/or source from internal stock
  • Maintain parts pricing records in DBS, including uploading vendor price change files, using proper codes (cc, non-return indicator, etc.), and challenging supplier pricing disputes

Must-haves for this role:
  • 2+ years of purchasing and inventory control experience (Required)
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in purchasing or an equivalent field

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charts
  • Ability to place purchase orders, maintain supply inventory, and manage the pricing database
  • Punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail
