AtkinsRéalis’s Odyssey program in Canada is designed for new graduates, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to diverse projects. Graduates will learn through training and real assignments across bridges, transportation, municipal infrastructure, and site supervision.

The program targets graduates with a civil engineering degree (class of 2027) who are curious, organized, and ready to contribute from day one.

Qualifications

• New graduate with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering (graduation in 2027).
• Strong interest in learning and exploring new challenges.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Has Industry software skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Bridges: design and project management, inspections
• Transportation: planning and development of transportation systems, including roads, railroads and airports.
• Municipal Infrastructure: design and management of utilities and other infrastructure
• Site supervision/inspection and surveying of road, municipal, bridge, port and civil works
