Looking to join a fast-paced and an ever expanding organization? Be a part of our dynamic team at Performance Auto Group! We are currently seeking an ODC Administrator to join our dynamic team in Brampton, Ontario.

Here’s What You’ll Deliver
- Issue on demand cheques.
- Post manufacturer's factory invoices
- Complete daily licensing sheets.
- Communicate with dealers for discrepancies.
- Follow up for vehicles to be transferred into CDK.
- General Scanning
- Ensure that all documents received via email are organized, renamed and archived in Google Drive.
- Check for unposted transactions (journals 70, 71, 75).
- Review cheque request spreadsheets for any requests not completed and resolve all comments.
- Assist with posting any items missing from monthly reconciliations for bank, visa, and floor plan.
- Exercise full discretion and confidentiality with client and company information.
- Demonstrate utmost professionalism in the performance of duties.
- Execute tasks and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
- Other duties as required by management.
What You Need To Succeed
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business or Accounting preferred.
- Automotive Dealer Accounting experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to navigate and utilize computers at an advanced level, including the ability to operate spreadsheet, word processing and PDF editing programs, as well as email and Google documents.
- Strong computing skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Experience with CDK, CT Wizard & 180 Dealer software is considered an asset.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a timely manner
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
- Demonstrate effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Trustworthy, respectful and able to demonstrate strong work ethics.
- Self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience***
Job Type: Full-Time - Permanent
Compensation: Starting at $45,000 per year
