Job summary

Canadian Natural Resources is seeking a Supply Management Analyst in Calgary, Alberta. The role focuses on supporting and managing pipe desk operations within the energy sector, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to mitigate risks and drive cost efficiencies. The position operates on a 5 x 2 schedule (8-hour shifts) in a safety-sensitive but non-safety-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in supply management, procurement, inventory control or warehousing.
• University degree or related post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Knowledge of OCTG and Line Pipe materials and industry applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCTG and Line Pipe inventory planning and optimization to ensure material availability and cost efficiency.
• Develop data-driven forecasts and supply strategies in collaboration with business units.
• Coordinate schedules, priorities, and supply plans across the organization to enable seamless execution.
• Foster strong supplier relationships and drive performance improvements and cost savings.
• Monitor market trends and supply risks to mitigate disruptions in material supply.
• Provide actionable insights through reporting and spend analysis to support decisions.
