Job summary

Canadian Natural in Calgary is seeking a Pipelines Engineering Student to join the Development Operations team for multi-month terms. You will assist the engineering group with planning, design and documentation for major oil and gas pipeline and facility projects, gaining exposure to inline inspections and wellsite construction.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of an engineering degree.
• Possess a valid Class 5 Alberta driver's license or equivalent.
• Motivated, collaborative, organized, and able to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support project scope, design and documentation for pipeline projects.
• Gain exposure to pipeline and wellsite construction, ILI and related tech.
• Analyze historical cost data and provide cost estimates as required.
• Prepare and distribute RFP packages and assist award of contracts.
