Utilize the standard OCM methodology to:
Identify all stakeholders affected by the change and understand the impact of the business changes on them.
Assess stakeholders’ readiness for the business changes and determine potential risks and strategies for adoption of the new solution.
Develop and execute detailed change management strategies and plans.
Coach business leaders in change management principles and their practical application.
Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoption.
Collaborate with the customer to develop a post-implementation reinforcement plan to increase adoption of the new solution.
Valid Prosci (ADKAR) certification.
Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
Valid Six Sigma certification.
Work experience in the role.
Excellent interpersonal, problem resolution, listening, and communication skills (oral, written, presentation) in English.
