Location: Dufferin & Peel Region (Brampton, Caledon, Bolton, Orangeville, Shelbourne) – CBI Home Health

About The Role

Join our new Long‑Term Care at Home model that’s transforming how care is delivered. This 3‑month program offers competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team. You’ll help shape a model that goes beyond traditional home care or LTC.

Salary Range: $19.06 - $20.21 per visit

What You Will Need to Be Successful

• You possess a post‑secondary diploma as an Occupational Therapy/ Physiotherapy Assistant (OTA/PTA)
• Valid Driver’s License, Vehicle Insurance, and reliable vehicle are required
• You have general knowledge of mobility aids and assistive equipment
• You embrace and support person‑ and family‑centered care
• You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement, and apply critical thinking when making decisions
• You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
• You value the role a therapist plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance
