1. Completion of the combined Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant diploma from a recognized college
2. Demonstrates a commitment to client-centered care
3. Possesses current rehab/patient care experience
4. Demonstrates skill and interest in working with individuals with varied neurological diagnoses and impairments
5. Possess an attitude of respect and sensitivity towards clients with varied backgrounds, abilities, and educational status
6. Demonstrates excellence in communication, both written and verbal
7. Demonstrates familiarity with treatment of physical and cognitive impairments
8. Demonstrates initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to determine innovative solutions and treatment plans
