Occupational Therapy Assistant

Summary: Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, ensuring quality patient care, supervision of Rehab Techs (if required), and case management. Maintain professional conduct, adhere to regulations, and foster positive interactions with clients and facilities.

Essential Duties:

• Assist in optimizing patients' functional abilities under OT supervision
• Develop and build a strong occupational therapy assistant program
• Enhance skills through interaction, self-study, and continuing education
• Maintain valid state licensure and stay informed on industry issues
• Understand billing, treatment guidelines, and delivery methods
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively in English
