An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their team. In this part-time permanent role, you'll focus on facilitating recovery and improving the well-being of individuals with occupational injuries. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide evidence-based assessments and rehabilitation services, ensuring clients can return to work effectively. Hours: Part-Time Permanent (FTE 0.5 - 18.75 hrs/week)

Salary Range: $42-$52/hour (Factors such as experience and internal equity will be considered to determine the rate.)
Your primary focus will be on facilitating recovery, improving function, and promoting overall well-being for individuals with occupational injuries and activity-related soft tissue disorders.
Clinical duties include evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation services for clients with various work-related injuries and conditions. The goal of rehabilitation is to support clients in returning to work through in-clinic and workplace interventions. Responsibilities involve functional assessment, graded work simulation programs, group and individualized education, goal setting, liaison with employers, clients, and referral sources, return to work planning and monitoring, and job site visits/job coaching. The Occupational Therapist will work within a team comprising Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Counselors, Physicians, Kinesiologists, and Case Managers.
