A leading healthcare organization is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Whitby to develop programs for individuals with diverse needs, including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a community setting.
As an Occupational Therapist (OT) on our team you are responsible for developing programs that enable individuals to participate to their fullest level in activities that occupy their daily lives. Your clientbase will consist of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as well as individuals of all other ages and needs.
Job type : Hourly
Schedule : Monday to Friday 3PM 7PM EST
Work setting : Community and centerbased. Daily travel within Whitby clinic and Durham Region

Our professional staff work collaboratively and / or individually with each client and specifically tailor services to their needs. Our services can be provided in our centres at clients homes and schools in the community and in specialized housing settings. Working with the fields thought leaders we conduct our own research and are committed to continuous learning to provide the most effective treatments possible.
