What You Need To Succeed

• You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
• You can provide virtual support, coaching, and clinical oversight to OTA/PTA's as needed.
• You are passionate about person- and family-centered care, demonstrating empathy.
• You exercise good judgment and critical thinking in client care decisions.
• You possess excellent communication skills, thriving both in team settings and independently.

Your Responsibilities (Virtual Delivery)

• Assessment & Implementation: Provide OT interventions, including ADL/IADL strategies, equipment recommendations, and home modifications.
• Team Collaboration: Use a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to care.
• Holistic Care: Support a restorative health approach with interventions, health coaching, and self-management support.
• Digital Health: Use digital platforms for care delivery, documentation, and collaboration.
