About The Role:Our Occupational Therapists play a vital role in assessing and providing interventions tailored to each resident's needs. From offering adaptive equipment to enhance independence to developing occupational therapy programs that support residents' physical, cognitive, sensory, emotional, and social well-being, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference and impact in our residents’ lives.What You Will Do:Service Excellence:Conduct comprehensive assessments of activities of daily living in alignment with Bethany Care's policies and procedures, collaborating with residents to identify personal goals and preferences.Ensure each resident’s needs, preferences, and goals are addressed in a personalized and respectful manner, providing tailored interventions that enhance their quality of life, optimize functional abilities, and continuously strive to uphold the highest standards of care and service.
