Recruiting: A full time Occupational Therapist in London
Who You Are:

You are a seasoned Occupational Therapist seeking your next challenge. You have experience working with clients who have sustained psychological impairments due to workplace incidents or who live with persistent and severe mental health conditions that have disrupted their ability to work.

What You Will Do:
  • Support clients in identifying strengths, achieving goals, processing their experiences with mental health barriers, reducing self-stigma, and developing social skills and resilience—with a focus on return to work.
  • Practice across the full scope of Occupational Therapy, including physical, psychological, perceptual, cognitive, vocational, and functional assessments using both formal and informal tools.
  • Provide psychosocial rehabilitation within an interdisciplinary team framework, ensuring functional assessments are thorough, workplace environments align with client needs, and appropriate community resources are engaged.
  • Participate in case conferences to advocate for clients and ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, client records, and outcome measures using our case management system.
  • Contribute to program development, quality improvement initiatives, research, and educational activities.
What You Bring:
  • A passion for doing things “right”, efficiently and effectively.
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience with knowledge and skills in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of individuals with psychological/psychosocial impairments.
  • Interest in clinical work including assessment, intervention, ergonomics, workplace accommodation, return-to-work, psychotherapy, and mental health strategies.
  • Experience or competence in one or more of the following: Ergonomics, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, cognitive assessment, exposure therapy, and SMART goal-setting.
  • Strong understanding of psychosocial rehabilitation principles and case management practices.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • A reliable vehicle for travel across Southwestern Ontario and a computer.
What We Offer
  • Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training.
  • A varied caseload that supports continued growth in OT practice.
  • A collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Professional development to expand your clinical toolkit.
  • Exceptional administrative support.
  • A supportive, focused, and fun workplace culture.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
