Job description

Joining us at Ponderosa Lodge, you’ll play a crucial role in providing assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription, and education to residents/short-stay clients and their caregivers. Operating within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you will make a substantial contribution to promoting functional independence and enabling residents/clients to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes. You will also provide work direction to the Rehabilitation Assistants working with the rehabilitation team regarding transfer of function.

Days of work: Monday to Friday; 08:00 to 16:00.
