Job summary

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a community Occupational Therapist in Humboldt to perform functional assessments and educational services across multiple care settings. The role involves equipment evaluation, reconditioning and work simulation to support clients in-home, in clinics, or in community programs.

Preference will be given to HSAS members per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement. Travel is required; start date is September 24, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and be registered/eligible to practice as an OT.
• Driver's license required (Class 5) for site visits or travel if applicable.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and provide client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and equipment assessments and evaluations.
• Deliver physical reconditioning, work simulation and education across inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, home care and community settings.
