This position sits within our Community OT Rehabilitation team and is separate from CBI Home Health's home care services.

This valued Occupational Therapist will have an opportunity to practice within a large scope through collaboration and teamwork, responsible for evaluating and supporting the clients in a holistic manner to achieve optimal quality of life. As part of CBI Health’s Community Rehabilitation Services (CRS) team in Alberta, you will have the opportunity to work in a growing community-based service line, initially supporting clients through WCB Alberta referrals and expanding into motor vehicle rehabilitation as Alberta’s new Care First auto insurance model comes into effect in January 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow community OT services in Alberta while supporting clients through meaningful, goal-focused rehabilitation!

We are seeking a self-starter that is able and excited to work within urban and rural areas and has a proven ability to deliver excellence in outcomes and relationship building.
