Role Overview:

We are seeking Occupational Therapists to bring their integrated therapy approach to clients' homes. Our therapists enjoy a dynamic environment that promotes independence and adaptability. The primary population is adults, with occasional pediatric referrals. If you wish to utilize a broad range of therapy skills to enhance client well-being and develop your passion for Home Care, this role is ideal.

Opportunities:

We offer Full-Time and Part-Time roles where therapists can create flexible schedules within geographic areas around Lindsay, Ontario, including Peterborough, Bobcaygeon, Campbellford, and surrounding locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients in their homes, develop accurate therapy care plans based on the real environment, and promote safety and health programs.
  • Apply critical thinking to provide preventative or corrective actions for clients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, clients’ families, and caregivers to develop holistic treatment plans.
  • Utilize a hybrid care model, combining face-to-face and virtual sessions, to build flexible schedules.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a recognized Occupational Therapy program.
  • Active registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario in good standing.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
