Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, the incumbent will provide quality Occupational Therapy Services for persons with mental health issues and/or an acquired brain injury. Service provision is recovery-oriented, focusing on achieving recovery through partnerships with patients, families, and communities; and instilling the core values of hope, respect, and clinical excellence. Demonstrates a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of SMHC including a strong commitment to patient safety.
This term position may end earlier as outlined in your collective agreement.
