Job summary

SE Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver client-centered care across Halton region with hybrid work options. You will assess, set goals, and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a high-performance rehab team.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited OT program, in good standing with the Ontario College of OT, and have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Toronto-area and remote options available; care for diverse communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Holder of an accredited Occupational Therapy degree and registered with Ontario College of OT.
• Experience in acute/rehab or community rehab settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with rehab team and supports staff and clients.

Requirements

• A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Recent experience in managing patients inacute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
• Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with rehab assistants as well as with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
• Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
• Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• A positive work and attendance record is essential
• Ability to adapt to new computer applications
• This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
