Exciting opportunity alert! Haztech is expanding its clinic-based healthcare services and we re looking for a dynamic full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Edmonton Health Centre team. Position Overview :

As an LPN at Haztech s Edmonton Health Centre you ll be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services that support our clients and employees. This includes primary care occupational health assessments diagnostic testing emergency response and health education all while ensuring the health centre runs smoothly and meets regulatory and Haztech standards. You ll work collaboratively with other medical professionals and safety personnel to promote wellness and safety in the workplace.

What You ll Do :

Clinical Patient Care

Perform assessments treatments and follow-ups within nursing scope of practice

Administer medications vaccinations wound care and emergency interventions

Conduct procedures such as phlebotomy IV therapy and diagnostic testing

Support patient transfers and continuity of care with external medical providers

Occupational Health & Testing

Conduct drug & alcohol testing PFTs audiometric testing vision screening

Complete fit-for-work pre-employment and periodic health assessments

Maintain accurate confidential health records and documentation

Keep the health centre clean organized and fully stocked

Manage medical supplies and coordinate replenishment needs

Follow Haztech and client site procedures policies and health regulations

Health Promotion

Educate employees on wellness safety and chronic condition management

Support clients in understanding health risks related to their work environments

Work closely with site safety teams clients and Haztech medical staff

Participate in emergency drills and continuous improvement activities

Represent Haztech with professionalism and integrity at all times

What You ll Bring :

Current LPN or RN license in good standing with the Saskatchewan regulatory body

Valid CPR (HCP) & AED certification

Certification or willingness to train in drug / alcohol testing phlebotomy PFTs and audiometry

Strong clinical judgment and emergency decision-making skills

Excellent verbal and written communication empathy and professionalism

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic setting

Experience in occupational health urgent care or industrial / remote clinics is a strong asset
