Position Overview:

The Occupational Health and Safety Manager will develop, implement, and manage health and safety programs, policies, and procedures aligned with local, provincial, and federal legislation, as well as corporate goals.

The successful candidate will oversee a small team, have regional responsibility for audits and compliance, and collaborate with departments to foster a culture of safety, minimize risks, and ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications:

• Occupational Health and Safety certification (e.g., CSP, CRSP, Industrial Hygienist) or equivalent preferred
• Experience managing health & safety within a large organization or region
• Strong knowledge of provincial and federal occupational health and safety laws
• Class 5 Driver's License

Compensation:

• Competitive package including a luxury company vehicle (Tesla, Mercedes, or similar), profit sharing/bonus, employer RRSP match, and a base salary of $100,000-$105,000.
