Occasional Teachers - French Qualified & French Immersion Qualified

1. Completed Catholic Faith Reference Portfolio (must be current within the year)
2. Undergraduate transcripts
3. Faculty of Education transcripts (upon receipt)
4. Proof of good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) with French as a Second Language / French qualifications
5. If you are a teacher, submit your most recent Teacher Performance Appraisal. For candidates currently in teacher's college, submit your final Practice Teaching Performance Evaluation Reports (upon receipt).
6. Letters of reference (minimum of 2)
