About the Role

Join dedicated teams across Northern BC delivering high-quality care to birthing individuals and newborns. As an L&D RN, you’ll provide skilled support through labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

Primary Locations Include:

Key Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and infants

Monitor fetal well-being and manage labor/delivery interventions

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including OBs and pediatricians

Provide patient and family education and support throughout the birthing process

Document care accurately in EMR systems

Participate in safety, quality, and improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Active RN License with BCCNM (British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives)

???? Minimum 1 year of recent L&D or obstetrics experience

Specialty training or certification in Labour & Delivery is an asset

Comfortable with 12-hour rotating day/night shifts

Strong teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills
