Bilingual Rehabilitation Coordinator Remote

Exciting opportunity in the insurance industry for a detail-oriented professional to support a national rehabilitation team in a dynamic remote role. This position involves referral assessment data tracking and varied administrative tasks. Leverage your organizational skills and insurance or disability experience in a flexible environment.

What is in it for you :

Hourly salary of $18-20 based on experience.

12-month contract.

Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.

Weekday schedule from 8 am to 4 pm.

Enjoy the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities :

Review assess and assign appropriate resources for all new referrals to the National Rehabilitation Department.

Pre-screen new long-term disability (LTD) claims for specific plan sponsors using pre-determined criteria and assign to the appropriate resource.

Track monitor and record associated data.

Perform varied administrative tasks to support the national rehabilitation team.

Process invoices.

What you will need to succeed :

College or University degree in health sciences (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

3 years of previous experience in a customer service or administrative / clerical role.

Strong experience with system applications including data entry Word and Excel.

Ability to handle confidential information.

Ability to prioritize work effectively under deadlines.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong service orientation and sound judgment.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Work experience in Group Disability (an asset).

Claims processing experience (an asset).

Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages across multiple provinces ensuring clear communication and efficient handling of referrals and documentation.
