Bilingual Manager, Investment Operations
Drive operational excellence in the insurance and asset management industry as a Manager, Fund Events. Use your fund accounting expertise and stakeholder coordination skills in a hybrid role supporting high-impact initiatives across Canadian Wealth Operations. Bilingual in French and English required.

- Incorporated Business Rate : $70-75 per hour.

Responsibilities :
- Support Canadian Operations initiatives, including post-implementation follow-up.
- Document process improvements and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Communicate and mitigate operational risks tied to project execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate fund system setups and implementation tasks.
- Liaise with custodians and valuation agents.
- Create impact assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Analyze operating models and propose workflow optimizations.
- Recommend implementation strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop tools and controls to improve data quality and operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
What you will need to succeed :
- University degree in finance or accounting.
- CPA or CFA designation is an asset.
- 5–7+ years of experience in the financial industry.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in fund accounting and back-office operations.
- Solid understanding of investment funds, insurance funds, and securities products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate Excel required.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, reliable, and capable of working autonomously.
- Bilingual in French and English is essential to communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure accurate coordination of fund operations.
