Are you ready to take your dental knowledge beyond the clinic Our client a leader in the insurance industry is seeking skilled professionals to assess and process complex dental claims. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic fastpaced environment where attention to detail and analytical skills make a real impact. Whether you are looking for fulltime or parttime work this contract position provides flexibility while allowing you to contribute to a vital industry.

What is in it for you :

Hourly Salary : $32 to $34 based on experience.

Work Arrangement : Remote or hybrid depending on the candidate s preference.

Hours : Regular business hours 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities :

Review complex dental claims and estimates for completeness ensuring all required information is provided.

Assess and adjudicate complex claims and estimates based on dental information plan provisions and supporting documentation.

Analyze dental xrays and claims documenting findings and communicating with clients (members / sponsors) to obtain additional details.

Meet established production quality and service standards.

Handle internal and external inquiries via written correspondence email and phone as required.

Collaborate with the Dental Consultant on complex cases and coordinate with other departments to meet customer expectations.

Participate in departmental projects as needed.

What you will need to succeed :

Diploma in Dental Hygiene (CEGEP / College or University).

Experience working in a dental clinic.

Strong knowledge of group insurance and dental claims.

Customer serviceoriented with excellent communication skills.

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.

Selfmotivated and teamoriented with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Open to giving and receiving feedback.

Bilingual in English and French for the frequent interactions with English and Frenchspeaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide (required).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
