GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the most critical link in ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that elevates their sport performance. The Sales Associate demonstrates excellent customer service skills, meets sales and customer service goals, provides product knowledge, and works as part of a team to meet individual and store objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales goals through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Provide an unsurpassed customer experience through making connections, attention to detail, and offering solutions that result in customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, opticians, and support staff.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
• Ability to sell using sales skills and meet sales goals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a changing environment
