Position Summary:
We are seeking a TikTok Live Stream Operations Specialist to manage and optimize daily live streaming activities for our U.S. audience. The role involves enhancing viewer engagement, increasing sales conversion rates, and driving Gross Profit Margin (GPM). You will work with live stream hosts, ensuring they develop effective sales and product presentation skills. Responsibilities include analyzing product categories, designing engaging live content, and overseeing technical setups. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, excellent data analysis capabilities, and exceptional communication skills. This position is based in New York City.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Live Stream Operations: Manage the daily live streaming operations for the company's TikTok account, focusing on U.S.-based streams. Aim to increase the number of viewers and improve the conversion rate of live stream sales to enhance the Gross Profit Margin (GPM). Conduct TikTok livestreams with the host, ensuring smooth and engaging content.
• Host Management and Training: Oversee the daily operations of live stream hosts, providing them with training and guidance. Develop hosts' sales thinking, product presentation skills, and ability to drive sales.
• Product Category Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of assigned product categories, identify key selling points, and design live stream content to enrich live streaming formats.
• Content Optimization: Optimize and iterate live stream content from three aspects: people (hosts), goods (products), and scenes (live streaming environment). Assist in planning livestream content, preparing scripts, and designing interactive elements.
• Technical Setup: Handle technical setup for live streams, including hardware equipment, software configuration, lighting adjustments, and other foundational technical aspects. Test and prepare equipment before the livestream to ensure there are no technical issues.
• Audience Engagement: Interact with the audience in real-time, helping the host answer questions and respond to comments, creating an active and engaging atmosphere.
• Post-Livestream Analysis: Assist in organizing and collecting post-livestream data and feedback, and review the session with the host to help improve future content.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Mandarin
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in live stream operations, with international experience preferred. Experience with clothing-related projects is a plus. Candidates with TikTok experience are preferred.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with TikTok platform rules and traffic distribution logic. Expertise in live stream traffic dynamics to achieve rapid business growth. Understanding of platform trends and user behavior.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capability and content sensitivity, with a proactive mindset. Ability to analyze and provide effective solutions.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication, coordination, interpersonal skills, and strong team spirit. Adaptability to handle various emergencies and withstand work pressure. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple team members.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Creativity and Problem-Solving: Creativity and quick problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected situations during livestreams.

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
