Job summary

Aramark in Markham, ON is seeking an experienced Nutrition Manager to oversee resident nutrition care for a long-term care facility. You will plan and coordinate clinical nutrition activities, determine staffing levels, and ensure compliant, high-quality care for residents.

Qualified candidates are CSNM members with a Food and Nutrition Management degree and 2–3 years of leadership experience in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be an active member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM)
• Must be a graduate of the Food and Nutrition Management program or related degree
• Requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Nutrition Manager in a long-term setting
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, ordering, recruiting, hiring and staff training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, management, residents and Client

• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other facility

The Nutrition Manager plans, coordinates and manages all resident nutrition care activities while complying with the standards established by Aramark, regulatory agencies and the Clients.

The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00.
