Summary

THE LEAD UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE MANAGER PCM FOOD SERVICE WILL PROVIDE DIRECTION AND FEEDBACK TO EMPLOYEES AND ASSIST WITH THE MONITORING OF DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT INCLUDING HOSPITAL PATIENT TRAYLINE AS WELL AS PINECREST MANOR TRAYLINE FOR RESIDENTS, CAFETERIA SERVICES AT HOSPITAL AND PINECREST MANOR ROUND TABLE. THIS POSITION WILL SUPPORT PROPER FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION PRACTICES WITH THE DEPARTMENT AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH ALL TRAINING FOR STAFF IN THEIR JOB ROLES.


Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: At least 5 years Food Service experience with minimum of 2 years of that in Food Service Production.

Required skills: Must understand measure unit for recipes and know how to use kitchen equipment.

Preferred Skills: Prior leadership experience in a work environment.
