Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma or bachelor’s degrees in nursing; eligible for NSNMR registration.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience in long-term and home care.
• Experience across medical-surgical and community settings is an asset.
• Familiar with MS Office and email communication.
• Experience liaising with business and industry.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and online/blended teaching delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide both theoretical and practical instruction in Practical Nursing and Continuing Care.
• Lead on-site clinical supervision and evaluation across multiple sites; include evenings/weekends.
• Collaboratively design and deliver learning experiences for diverse learners using LMS and tech.
• Ensure health and safety practices in classrooms, shops, and labs.
• Maintain currency with industry practices; adapt to online/blended delivery models.
• Support academic and career advisement; participate in committees and program marketing.
