Clinical Coordinator - Kelowna

Locations:

Kelowna and West Kelowna

Position:

Full-time (5 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Saturdays required)

Role Overview:

As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be vital in ensuring a positive patient experience for sleep apnea patients by overseeing clinic operations, managing inventory, processing sleep test equipment, and supporting insurance and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
  1. Experience in office administration, coordination, and customer service
  2. Strong organization skills, reliability, and attention to detail
  3. Passion for patient care and relationship building
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite
  5. Previous healthcare experience (e.g., Medical Office Assistant, clinic coordinator, sleep clinic, physiotherapy, optometry) is advantageous
Compensation and Benefits:

Starting at $20.00 per hour plus bonuses (up to $4.00 per hour monthly, totaling up to $26.00 per hour), with benefits including health & dental (vision included), RRSP matching, health club memberships, and health and education spending accounts. We also offer an industry-leading training program with online and in-clinic support.
