Reporting directly to the Client Service Manager, the Health Care Aide (HCA) is an unregulated member of the interprofessional healthcare team who provides ongoing client care. The HCA observes, monitors, and reports on client status, including physical and emotional changes, ensuring these are communicated to the RN or LPN. This position involves administering prescribed medications accurately, maintaining professional and ethical standards, and performing other related duties as required.
Rehabilitation and Community Transition Program (RCTP) – a short-stay restorative care program supporting medically stable adults who may require additional assessment, recuperation, and therapy before returning to the community.
