Job summary

Kibbi seeks a field worker in Ontario to support seasonal plant production. You will weed, plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, and lay sod or seed as part of field operations.

The role is outdoors, in wet/damp, hot or cold conditions, with a physically demanding workload and tight deadlines. Training is provided; valid driver’s license and own transport are required for site visits.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
• Physical fitness for a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
• Travel expenses not paid by the employer.
