Job summary

Kibbi is seeking a seasonal vineyard worker in a rural, remote location in Canada. The role involves outdoor agriculture, vine canopy management, harvesting, and field maintenance in a 40-hour week under various weather conditions. No formal education is required, and experience is considered an asset.

You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Applicants should be prepared for physically demanding tasks, repetitive motions, and long periods

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers to crops in the vineyard.
• Hoe between rows and maintain vine canopies.
• Clear fields of wood and stones and harvest crops.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Sort fruits and vegetables and tie/secure plants.
• Work in outdoor, dusty, hot conditions under various weather.
• Follow safety procedures and work independently when needed.
